# Terms and conditions

## Rental period

The rental period is counted in days from the first rental day. Return happens on the last rental day before closing time. With the “late return” option (€5 per set) you can instead return the next morning by 10:00.

## Deposit

A deposit of €15 is left per set. It is refunded when the equipment is returned complete and undamaged, and is not a charge.

## Condition and liability

Equipment is handed over checked and adjusted. The binding is set to ISO 11088 for weight, height, sole length and skier type. The details given for this must be accurate. We accept no liability for damage resulting from incorrect details or from unauthorised readjustment.

## Damage waiver

Optional, for a surcharge of 10 % on the rental price. It covers breakage and damage. **Wilful damage is excluded.** In case of loss or theft a police report is required.

## Use

Riding on roads is not permitted. Please stay on marked pistes. We accept no liability for damage occurring away from them.

## Ski lessons

Ski lessons are run by the Rot-Weiss-Rot Alpendorf ski school. SNOW BASE acts as its sales office. The ski school’s own conditions apply to the lessons themselves; billing runs through us.

## Prices and payment

All prices are in euros including 20 % VAT. Online bookings are paid via viva.com. The amount shown in the cart is the one that applies.
